Institutional Research supports °®¶¹´«Ã½â€™s Board, executive, and management team with business intelligence and operations research that contributes to effective planning and a cycle of continuous improvement. Key areas of focus include key performance metrics, strategic enrolment management, program and service evaluation, stakeholder feedback, and market research for educational programming.
It leads Institute-wide data governance, facilitating the collaboration required to ensure that °®¶¹´«Ã½ staff and stakeholders gain access to trustworthy information to support timely decision-making.
