Being a leader requires that you show up and be seen. In this course, learners will explore how they show up in their work and what holds them back. Through activities and discussions, learners will gain a deeper understanding of their relationship to risk-taking, vulnerability and authenticity and how these concepts underpin how they want to show up in their role at work.
