At the core of being an effective leader is the knowledge of oneself in order to lead authentically. In this course, learners will gain a deeper understanding of themselves as leaders. They will consider the values and beliefs that support their leadership style, discover the power of personal engagement and purpose to manage themselves and others and lead more effectively in their organization. Through self-reflection, and group exercises, learners will develop a better understanding of themselves and their challenges of personal leadership.
